Ginger Tea

Ginger tea or "Ginger Infusion" has a spicy flavor!
Ginger root may be used to create a “Ginger Tea”, which is actually a Ginger Infusion.
How it works: Peel and thinly slice about 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger root and boil in water for 15 minutes. Strain the water and drink as a Ginger Tea. Or, dissolve ground ginger in boiling water. Ginger Teas have a spicy flavor that may be toned down by honey or lemon depending on your preference…
Ginger does wonders to relieve nausea and inflammation. Many people find that drinking Ginger Tea after surgery, while undergoing chemotherapy, or while experiencing pregnancy related nausea helps relieve these symptoms. Ginger is also very aromatic and can help open your sinuses when congested.
